We would very much love to hear any stories and see any pictures you have of Stewart. We hope to see many of you at the funeral and gathering after, but please do use this space to share your thoughts, particularly if you are unable to attend the funeral.
If you are intending to come to the funeral, please also come to the gathering after at the village hall. Stewart very much wanted this to be a celebration that would bring people together. Moreover, the family would be delighted to see you and hear how you knew Stewart. There will be plenty of food and drink available. There is no specific dress code, please just wear whatever you will be most comfortable in. If you are a Freemen, we would love for you to wear robes.
We'd also really like to raise a good amount of money for St Barnabas who were instrumental in his end of life care, ensuring his wishes to be at home with family and peaceful were granted. If you are able to, a donation to this fantastic local charity, would be greatly appreciated. They were a charity very close to his heart, as they also cared for his mum Norah at the end.
What a wonderful celebration of such a warm, loving, kind and generous man :-) Take care Bristow Family, we are thinking of you!
